Only institutions that have students who are 16 years of age or above who are studying either full-time or part-time are eligible to apply. The students should be included under the higher education category and should have been a student in the relevant institution for more than 12 weeks. 

The higher education institutes who wish to join with Bubble Card should have accreditation from relevant authorities.
